According to TMZ, Chris Brown has been charged with two criminal charges regarding his alleged hit-and-run. Last month, the rapper rear-ended a Mercedez in Los Angelos and allegedly refused to give up his license and provided incorrect insurance information at the scene. This has led the City Attorney to file charges of hit-and-run and driving with a valid license against Brown.
Each offense is worth a maximum of 6 months in jail. However, if the judge concludes that he broke the law in light of his probation he could receive four years in jail.
