Who is Antoine Meredith? Antoine Meredith is a 5'11 207 pound African American male, age 34. Born and raised in Richmond, VA, I attended Richmond Public Schools and later majored in Biology at Virginia Union University. While there I played quarterback for the football team. Later went on to become a personal trainer at American Family Fitness Center. It was then that I discovered my true calling which has been becoming one of Richmond's Best Elite Personal Trainers. I currently have over 50 clients that I assist in obtaining their personal goals. I also hold weekly bootcamp classes for my clients and the public.
My interests are modeling, lifting weights, working out, traveling, shopping, swimming, shooting pool, and spending time with my children.
My future goals are becoming one of the most sort after male models. I am currently working on opening my own fitness facility. I wish to become one of Richmond's most successful businessmen. |
